On Thursday, March 15, 2018, the Columbus Convention Center in downtown Columbus is hosting the Women in Analytics conference.

"Ohio’s Women in Analytics Conference exists to discuss the latest technologies, frameworks, strategies, and methodologies that have proven to be successful in this field, spoken by women who have helped develop and execute them. Our goal is to provide visibility to these women that are making an incredible impact in this space and we invite anyone that can benefit by learning from their experiences. We will cover a broad range of topics including machine learning, IoT, building analytics teams, career paths in analytics, data storage, model deployment, learning tools, cybersecurity analytics, and natural language processing.

This year’s conference will be a full-day event featuring industry and academic thought leaders, presentations and panel discussions on the field’s focal topics and latest technologies, and networking opportunities for attendees and sponsors. For WIA 2018, all presenters and speakers will be women, but all genders are encouraged to attend and benefit from shared knowledge."

There are also sponsorship opportunities to help with the cost of attendance for those interested in going.
