The 96th annual meeting of the Midwestern Psychological Association is over! We had over 3700 people attend the conference this year with 3400 attendees and over three hundred guests! It was a huge success!
The Call for papers for next year's conference (April 10th to 12th, 2025) will go out September 1st of 2024! Once again, the venue for the 2025 conference is the beautiful Palmer House Hilton, in Chicago, IL. Students, scholars, practitioners, and professionals will come to share their research, make new friends, and connect with psychological scientists from across the Midwest and the world.
The MPA program in 2024 year included over 2000 research presentations from a broad range of disciplines and featured several keynote addresses and invited methodology workshops. We expect to be even bigger in the coming year! MPA will also host (as always) the meetings of Psi Chi (the psychology honor society for undergraduates), the Society for the Teaching of Psychology, and the Society for Community Research and Action.
