Hidden in Plain Sight is UHA Columbus's new podcast that focuses on erasing the stigma surrounding mental health. Neuroscience student and co-founder Ishan Rola and fellow co-founder Annie Knudson interview a new student each week, providing them with the opportunity to share their personal story on such issues as depression, anxiety, and other mental health struggles. These stories encompass the broad range of life experiences, from suicide attempts to self-harm to recovery dogs to medication and group therapy sessions. We hope that this podcast provides a place of comfort for those currently suffering or a source of information for everyone else.
